The Alumni Club is Growing and Growing…

Five years ago, some former students founded a “former club”. Unfortunately, after the first two meetings, the Corona pandemic started and large gatherings were banned in the whole country. Denis Kakaku, who graduated from Ugandakids in 2012, felt responsible to continue this new tradition. He used all his contacts to call on his old school friends and bring them together. The part-time job of the aspiring journalist at Radio Amani surely helped him to organize this gathering. There were a few group meetings at which the young people thought about how they can help their old school and the children at UgandaKids. Finally, Denis organized a football match.
